We typically order more material than needed for the project to reduce the risk of running out during the job. Our proposal is based on the amount of labor and materials needed to complete the project. Extra materials will be picked up from the supplier at completion of the job.
Convenience. RemoteRoof offers all of the peace-of-mind associated with a reliable contractor (guarantee of workmanship, manufacturer’s product warranty, CertainTeed products, etc.), but without the hassle of having to take your valuable time to meet just to collect the estimate.
No. Our “sales” process is automated and uses aerial technology to gather the measurements needed to provide a proposal for the work to be done. We do not pay sales commissions or hourly rates to estimators and pass that savings on to you.
RemoteRoof uses licensed and insured roofing contractors to perform installation. RemoteRoof serves as a general contractor and the workers are sub-contractors of RemoteRoof. All installations are performed to CertainTeed’s Integrity Roof System standards and guaranteed by RemoteRoof.
This does happen on occasion. If damage is found, we will notify you immediately and offer a price for the necessary repairs. No work in addition to our agreement will be performed without your approval. No additional charges will ever be added without your prior knowledge and approval.

Not typically. We specialize in replacing the entire roof. In some cases, we may be able to offer a recommendation with a partner company for repair needs.
